Lead times depend on product mix and flight schedules. As a guide, orders are normally confirmed several days before shipment. We will agree weekly cut-off times for regular programmes and advise separately for spot orders.

We typically invoice in USD or EUR with agreed payment terms based on the relationship and destination. Details can be confirmed during onboarding.

In the rare event of quality challenges, we ask that you share arrival pictures and quantities so we can review and address the issue.
